Breakfast Menu

To begin with:

A selection of cereals (including Holly’s home-made Granola), fruit compôte, organic yogurts, fresh fruits and fruit juices.

Please help yourself from the serving table.

To follow:

• A traditional English breakfast; please choose from:
  • Local farm egg, fried, scrambled or poached
  • Cornish smoked bacon
  • Local Butcher’s pork sausage
  • Grilled tomato
  • Mushrooms
  • Black pudding
  • Baked beans
• Local Butcher’s succulent ham: served with two eggs cooked to your choice.
• Two eggs soft boiled
• Mushrooms on toast with two slices of Cornish bacon.
• Buttery Kedgeree: smoked fish blended with Basmati rice, eggs and spices.
• Creamy scrambled eggs with Scottish smoked salmon.
• Cornish smoked haddock fillet, topped with a poached egg.
• Scottish smoked kipper: whole or fillets.

All these dishes are served with our own bread/toast baked in-house. We offer white, wholemeal or granary.

If you still have room:

You will find on our serving table a selection of locally made preserves and honey — perfect with a slice of freshly made toast!

To drink:

Tea: English Breakfast, Earl Grey, Assam, Darjeeling, Lapsang Souchong. We also offer a choice of fruit and herbal teas.
Coffee: Arabica or decaffeinated filter coffee.
Hot Chocolate.
Please note: Our teas, coffees and hot chocolate are all fairly traded products.
